The Marshall plan was made on June 5th 1947 by a man named George C. Marshall. This plan was made to help the Europeans reconstruct their economic powers. George C. Marshall’s plan consisted of 32 pages. After the Europeans got out of the economic problem General Marshall won a Nobel Peace Prize for preventing a what could've been famine and political chaos.
